Live In-Person & Virtual Class Schedule
While we work to keep everyone safe and healthy in the face of COVID-19 we are excited to bring our live classes directly into your home. We are now open for in-person classes in the studio with reduced class size and special requirements for attendees. Please see the special information notice for classes on our schedule. All in-person classes will also be simultaneously streamed to zoom so that we can all practice together even if you’re not ready to return to the studio just yet. Sign up for a live in-person or virtual class today!
For Zoom classes, we will be able to see you if you share your camera and will be offering the same great instruction we offer in the studio. You must signup for the class a minimum of 15 mins before class start time. You will receive an email with a link and password for your class when you sign up as well as again one hour before class begins. Just check your email before class and you’ll be set to join us! We use Zoom for our Virtual Classes
Follow these easy steps to set up your zoom account and get ready for a live virtual class with us. If you have any issues feel free to text us at (757)915-6246. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We always have someone checking messages in the hour before class so go ahead and sign up and we will help get you into class!

Don’t miss our workshops designed to help you dive even deeper into your poses, balance, breathing, and energy. Each workshop is uniquely designed to focus on an aspect of your yoga journey. We will proceed with our scheduled workshops in a live virtual format while the studio space is closed to the public. Join us from home!
