Current Available Positions: 

Student Experience Manager

(10-15 hours per week)

Pay based on experience ($10-$15/hour)

This position requires both in-person work at the studio as well as virtual work. We do require masks to be worn at all times in the studio for work in this position. Many of the leadership tasks and efforts can be done virtually and with flexible hours. It is expected that regular weekly hours will be maintained at all times unless a leave of absence is requested.  We are looking for someone comfortable with technology and eager to learn. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is internally motivated and loves to solve problems. A love for yoga is a must as it’s important to be a part of our community. The successful applicant will receive free access to our classes along with discounts on workshops and trainings.

Required Availability

Evening and weekend availability is required. Currently, we are in need of coverage for reception shifts Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5-7:30 pm as well as Saturday mornings 9:30-11 am.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

Member Relations

Manage automated emails

Organize membership events

Manage Cancelations and Suspensions

Generate Member Reports and Tracking

Failed Payments Contact and Reporting

Chargeback management

Handle member questions and complaints

Retention Management

Workshop and Event Planning and Coordination

Point of contact for outside teachers

Contract creation and collection for outside teachers

Schedule events in Wellness Living studio management software

Collect event description from the teacher

Manage event calendar

Day to Day Studio Operations

Onboard new receptionists

Interview and manage the hiring process for receptionists

Schedule Shifts

Coordinate the ordering of supplies

Coordinate and maintain a cleaning schedule

Manage reception team 

Manage studio equipment (reporting broken things, managing and report issues with the computers, library, mats, and other equipment, keep office and storage space organized.)

Manage New Member and Tribal Note postcards

Manage Phone system

Payroll

Receptionists Duties

Cover shifts at the desk as needed*

Perform opening and closing duties checklists at the studio*

Greet and sign students into class*

Sell memberships and passes

Maintain cleanliness in the studio*

Cover virtual receptions shifts as needed

Studio Leadership

Host weekly reception staff meetings

Coordinate with Marketing Manager for events and workshops marketing

Assign administrative tasks needed from the receptionists

Be the expert on Booking System (Wellness Living experience preferred but not required)

Update processes and procedures as needed 

Report to Owner
